Refunds

Eligibility: Refunds are available for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Timeframe: Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Process: To initiate a refund, contact us at chrislecobeltemp@gmail.com with your order details. Once we receive your item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Exclusions: Sale items and custom-made products are not eligible for refunds.

Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same value or size adjustments. Please contact us within 30 days to initiate an exchange.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
