A conceptual blend of Latin words Bellum(war) andTempus(time), representing preparedness for the challenges of the times, with an emphasis on strength, resilience, and readiness. Contradictorily, the French interpretation can also mean “beautiful times,” reflecting the peace hidden in wars and the wars hidden in peace.
